On this occasion, the developer Celere will add two blocks of 9 and 10 heights, destined to offices and 144 new homes, in a project that will be located behind Vialia, the María Zambrano train station in Malaga, on a plot next to the track of the train tracks, for which the approval of Adif and a modification of the Renfe Special Plan have been necessary, according to the newspaper Málaga Hoy.
The project, consisting of offices and homes, also includes two commercial premises, a restaurant, a communal pool and almost 400 parking spaces and 141 storage rooms, distributed in three basements.
